Digging up the Past!

A Traralgon Rotary time capsule that was buried 25 years ago (30, September 2000) in Victory Park, Traralgon was exhumed on 30 September 2025!

The metre wide canister had done its job retaining all its contents in perfect condition! In the coming days the contents will be opened and displayed. The letters that were buried will be delivered to their recipient families. A blast from the past.

The canister will be interred again for another 25 years with new materials added on the 10th December. Come and join us on a special date.
