The Rotary Club of Traralgon has begun a program of recycling to encourage members and friends to become better at “REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE”.

This long-term program, now running for three months, includes the collection at each Rotary meeting of:

• soft plastics
• medical blister packs
• 10 cent drink containers
• used coffee pods
• bread bag tags (plastic)

These are all items that can’t yet be recycled through the Council’s recycling bin collections.

Our environment committee delivers the program and club members are fully behind it with plenty of recyclables delivered each month.
