Last night (6 May) we held our annual Pride of Workmanship Awards night. The night recognised outstanding employees of local businesses for their service and commitment to their work and the people around them.
Special guests for the evening were Latrobe City Mayor and Councillor Dale Harriman, GRAC Health and Wellbeing coordinator Andrew Crozier, and Breastscreen Victoria Program Manager Kelly Giersch.
A special thanks to all the wonderful recipients of awards and to all those who nominated them from their businesses. The photos below show the awardees receiving their awards on the night. Congratulations to all.
We would also like to extend our sincerest thanks to the Latrobe City Council for awarding us a grant to help make the evening happen.

Seated from left to right are: Jade Chamings (Bunnings), Fay Nowak (Breast Screen Victoria), Tania Whitehead (Gippsland Rotary Centenary House), Fiona Derham (Latrobe Regional Health), Jenny Cressy-Pocklington (Lifeline), Bianca Rogers (Edge Clothing, TCP) and TCP’s Centre Manager accepting the award on behalf Peter Arski.

Kelly Giersch spoke passionately on behalf of the Employers about their staff and also delivered an important message on behalf of her own organisation about the need for all women between 50 and 74 to undertake free screening for breast cancer!
