The Rotary Club of Traralgon is looking to sponsor a young person to attend
The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) program focuses on providing young persons with a range of leadership skills, techniques, and tools they can use at work, study and in the community through:
- Developing young leaders who celebrate diversity, create sustainable change, and become service-minded global citizens.
- Personal development, leadership, and teamwork.
- Learning strategies for managing conflict resolution, working in teams, and overcoming challenges.
- Professional development and connecting participants with opportunities to serve the community through Rotary.
- The combination of leadership skill development and vocational training helps young people discover their potential and hone their skills.
When: The District 9815 (Gippsland, Peninsula and Eastern Melbourne) RYLA will be held over the mid-year school break from 14th – 19th July
Where: CYC Adventure Resort at Phillip Island
Cost: $1,500 fully covered by the Rotary Club of Traralgon
